Princess Astrid, Mrs. Ferner, died on September 11, 2026, aged 94. She was the last surviving child of King Olav V and Princess Märtha of Sweden, and the elder sister of King Harald V.
Born Astrid Maud Ingeborg in Oslo on February 12, 1932, she was the second daughter of the Norwegian royal house. Her mother died in 1954.
