Gordon G. Knight was an American engineer and Korean War veteran, the father of Little People, Big World star Amy Roloff. He worked for 30 years as a civil and structural engineer at Ford Motor Company and made occasional appearances on the family’s TLC series. He died at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Michigan on 5 October 2026, aged 97.
He lived in Dexter Township, Michigan, and spent time at a cabin he and his wife, Pat, built on Lake Michigan in the Upper Peninsula.
